1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Glamguide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Service
Glamguide provides personalized beauty advice through its Glam AI engine based on userâprovided information. This advice is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical concerns. You agree to provide accurate information and use the service only for its intended purpose.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Glamguide offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to the billing cycle selected (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we do not store your full payment details. All payments are nonârefundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Referral Program
Glamguide may offer a referral program that rewards users for referring new subscribers. Rewards are nonâtransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Abuse of the referral program (e.g., creating fake accounts, spamming) may result in forfeiture of rewards and/or termination of your account.
6. User Content
By uploading images (e.g., product labels) to the scanner feature, you grant Glamguide a limited, royaltyâfree license to process and analyze those images solely for the purpose of providing beauty recommendations. You retain ownership of your content.
7. ThirdâParty Links & Advertisements
Glamguide may display advertisements served by Ezoic and may contain links to thirdâparty websites or affiliate products. We do not endorse nor are we responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Ezoic's own terms and privacy policy apply to adârelated activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Glamguide (excluding user content) are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Glamguide is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Glamguide be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including abuse of the referral program, fraudulent payments, or any other misuse of the service.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Glamguide after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
